Cancellation & Returns

1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. To cancel, please contact on the number given in the website's footer section. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can initiate a return after delivery.

2. Return Policy

We offer a 3-day return policy on selectable items only. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.
• The return request must be raised within 3 working days of the delivery date.
• Return will be entertained only in the case when the product delviered is found damaged or mismatched.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear
• Socks and cosmetics
• Fragrances and personal care products
• Items marked as 'Non-Returnable' on the product page

4. Refund & Return Process

Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a quality check. If approved, We may offer you the replacement against the product or refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Some products may belong to old manufacturing years.

5. Product Condition Disclaimer

Some products which are currently selling on the portal may belong to the stock lot or stock excess, It may belong to the prior manufacturing year (2025, 2024, 2023 or older) some listed products may be out of warranty and packing box and packaging might be damaged. The final product delivered might vary in color and print from the one displayed here. While we make every effort to deliver the same product, there might be variations in final delivery. It is advisable to read all terms and conditions or refund policies while buying any product for more clarity.
